THEN IT IS SQUARE DECKED TO THE PROPPER DECK HEIGHT AND SURFACE FINISH ON OUR ROTTLER RESURFACING MACHINE. THE ROTATING ASSEMBLY IS THEN COMPUTER BALANCED TO HIGH RPM RACING STANDARDS.
